Job Duties and Responsibilities

The Executive Office operates within a fast-paced environment at the intersection of satellite communications, defense programs, and corporate restructuring. High operational volume and time-sensitive demands require dedicated operational management to ensure seamless leadership execution and decision-making. This role manages board-level reporting, complex executive logistics, cleared customer engagements, and critical correspondence across multiple senior leaders. By running day-to-day administrative machinery and information flow, the position enables executive focus on strategic priorities.

What Success Looks Like (Objectives)

  • Manage complex, multi-principal calendars across multiple time zones, resolving scheduling conflicts independently and safeguarding designated focus time
  • Deliver weekly executive status reports and status matrices by gathering inputs, tracking carry-over action items, and ensuring timely submission to the C-suite
  • Coordinate logistics, security pre-clearance, and visit requests for board meetings, government customer site visits, and key partner engagements
  • Triage high-volume executive correspondence, draft polished communications, and track open commitments through resolution
  • Leverage AI tools and automated productivity workflows to accelerate document drafting, information synthesis, and administrative task execution
  • Prepare, format, and control versioning for board-level pitch decks, briefing memos, and financial documents while maintaining strict confidentiality standards

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Active TS/SCI security clearance or demonstrated eligibility to obtain and maintain TS/SCI

Core Skills and Competencies (What You’ll Bring)

  • Critical experience providing high-level operational support to C-suite or senior executives within fast-paced, multi-principal, or cleared defense environments
  • Applied literacy in generative AI and modern productivity platforms to automate research, streamline communications, and synthesize report inputs
  • Expert proficiency across Microsoft Office tools, including advanced document formatting in Word, complex data handling in Excel, and board-level presentation design in PowerPoint
  • Strong business writing, verbal communication, and proofreading abilities to produce executive-grade drafts with minimal oversight
  • Demonstrated judgment and critical thinking in inbox triage, task prioritization, and handling sensitive or classified materials with absolute discretion

Additional Qualifications

  • Experience operating within defense, aerospace, satellite communications, or government contracting sectors, including familiarity with security access systems such as DISS
  • Exposure to corporate development, restructuring, or transaction environments requiring strict information discipline
  • Experience supporting executive interfaces with boards of directors and institutional investors

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Minimum Experience: 7+ years of experience supporting senior or C-suite executives
  • Required Technical Skills: Must have at least 5 years of experience with:
    • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
    • Multi-principal calendar and enterprise scheduling management
    • Active TS/SCI security clearance or demonstrated eligibility to obtain and maintain TS/SCI

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
