Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support in the capture, refinement and documentation of requirements.
  • Play a lead role with partners and other stakeholders to:
    • Create and document the logical and physical integration design for our applications and solutions.
    • Install, upgrade and configure applications and potentially other OS or third party software components required by these applications.
    • Create, document and support execution of test plans and cases
    • Take ownership of integration between the revenue management platform(s) and the network, BSS and OSS  and/or for the complete life-cycle of charging, rating, and billing
  • Be responsible for technical deliverables assigned to you from estimating, designing, configuring and unit testing these and ensuring these are of a high quality of standard
  • Identify, communicate and drive improvement initiatives for the processes and tools relating to your role.
  • Working with PO and coming up with a solution design and development for the requirements, support functional testing, SIT, UAT, and production releases
  • Collaborate with the other team and provide inputs for the implementation of the e2e solution
  • Drive complex technical projects from planning through execution
  • Provide leadership and mentor engineers in innovative and fast-paced environments
  • Perform configuration reviews, code reviews

Skills, Experience and Requirements

  • Experience of 8+ years in the telecom mediation domain with minimum of 3+ years’ development experience in DigitalRoute Mediation Zone product
  • Should be well versed with the implementation of batch & real-time workflows and other critical functionalities like aggregation, correlation, filtering
  • Experience in APL, UNIX, Shell Scripting and Oracle SQL. Exposure to java will be an advantage
  • Must have good experience in performing CDR analysis
  • Should possess deep knowledge of the E2E telecom flow and should be able to think logically towards the issue resolution
  • Exposure to AWS, CI/CD will be an advantage
  • Should have experience in resolving the technical issues reported for the environment.
  • Candidate should have strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
