Company Summary

EchoStar is reimagining the future of connectivity. Our business reach spans satellite television service, live-streaming and on-demand programming, smart home installation services, mobile plans and products.

Today, our brands include Boost Mobile, DISH TV, Gen Mobile, Hughes and Sling TV.

Our Retail Wireless team, serving our Boost Mobile and Gen Mobile brands, is redefining consumer expectations through new platforms, new business models and new ways of thinking. Equipped with a passion for change and the power to drive it, we continue to push boundaries and be a disruptive force in the market.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly organized, strategic go-to-market leader to serve as the central orchestrator for ecommerce campaign launches across BoostMobile.com, the Boost Mobile app, and supporting channels. In this role, you will own the end-to-end GTM planning process — from initial campaign scoping through launch execution and post-launch performance analysis — ensuring every cross-functional team is aligned, prepared, and delivering on time.

You will be the connective thread between product, acquisition marketing, lifecycle marketing, and IT, driving clarity and accountability across every launch. Whether it is a new device launch, a seasonal promotion, a plan change, or a feature rollout, you will ensure the ecommerce experience is flawlessly coordinated and the business is set up to maximize impact from day one. This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings structure to ambiguity, and earns trust across functions through operational excellence.

What Success Looks Like (Objectives):

  • Own the ecommerce GTM planning calendar and launch roadmap, ensuring all campaigns, device launches, plan changes, and promotions are scoped, scheduled, and tracked from ideation through post-launch review
  • Coordinate cross-functional launch readiness across product, acquisition marketing, lifecycle marketing, IT, web operations, and merchandising — running recurring syncs, managing dependencies, and driving teams toward shared milestones
  • Develop and manage launch checklists, go/no-go processes, and readiness criteria that ensure every campaign launches with all web, app, marketing, and technical components validated and in place
  • Drive post-launch performance analysis by partnering with analytics and ecommerce leads to assess campaign results against objectives, capture learnings, and feed insights back into future GTM planning
  • Establish and continuously improve repeatable GTM playbooks and templates that scale the team's ability to execute high-quality launches with increasing velocity and decreasing friction
  • Leverage AI-powered project management and communication tools to automate status tracking, surface risks early, streamline stakeholder updates, and improve launch coordination efficiency

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Core Skills and Competencies (What you'll bring):

  • Proven GTM and launch coordination expertise, with a track record of orchestrating complex, multi-team digital campaign launches in high-velocity ecommerce or direct-to-consumer environments
  • Exceptional cross-functional program management skills, with demonstrated ability to drive alignment and accountability across product, marketing, engineering, and operations teams without direct authority
  • Deep ecommerce campaign experience, with a strong understanding of the end-to-end digital customer journey and the technical, creative, and marketing components required for a successful launch
  • Superior communication and stakeholder management, including the ability to distill complex timelines and dependencies into clear, actionable plans and to confidently facilitate executive-level go/no-go decisions
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to define campaign success metrics, interpret post-launch performance data, and translate learnings into process improvements and future GTM recommendations
  • Process design and operational excellence, with experience building scalable playbooks, templates, and workflows that bring repeatability and rigor to fast-moving launch environments
  • AI Literacy, specifically the ability to leverage AI-powered project management tools, automated reporting, and intelligent workflow automation to improve GTM coordination speed and visibility

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum Experience: 5+ years of experience in GTM coordination, campaign operations, or digital program management within ecommerce, DTC, or technology-driven environments
  • Required Technical Skills: Must have experience with:
    • Project management platforms (Asana, Jira, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or comparable)
    • Collaboration and communication tools (Slack, Confluence, Google Workspace)
    • Web analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) for post-launch performance review
    • Familiarity with CMS platforms (Adobe Experience Manager) and ecommerce platforms (Adobe Commerce) for understanding launch dependencies
    • Experience in wireless, telecom, or subscription-based businesses preferred
