Company Summary

EchoStar is reimagining the future of connectivity. Our business reach spans satellite television service, live-streaming and on-demand programming, smart home installation services, mobile plans and products.

Today, our brands include Boost Mobile, DISH TV, Gen Mobile, Hughes and Sling TV.

Our Retail Wireless team, serving our Boost Mobile and Gen Mobile brands, is redefining consumer expectations through new platforms, new business models and new ways of thinking. Equipped with a passion for change and the power to drive it, we continue to push boundaries and be a disruptive force in the market.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

We are looking for a detail-oriented, execution-focused Ecommerce Operations Specialist to manage product catalog accuracy, pricing integrity, and offer enablement within Adobe Commerce (Magento) for BoostMobile.com. In this role, you will be the hands-on owner of the ecommerce platform's product and pricing configurations — ensuring that every device, plan, accessory, and promotional offer is accurately built, properly priced, and live on time.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with the product and pricing teams to translate business requirements into precise catalog configurations. When a new device launches, a plan changes, or a promotional offer goes live, you are the person making it happen in the platform. The ideal candidate brings strong ecommerce platform experience, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent configurations in a fast-paced, deadline-driven wireless environment.

What Success Looks Like (Objectives):

  • Maintain product and pricing accuracy across the BoostMobile.com catalog within Adobe Commerce, ensuring all devices, plans, accessories, and add-on products reflect current and correct information at all times
  • Build and enable new products in Adobe Commerce — including device SKUs, plan configurations, BYOD flows, and accessory listings — collaborating with product and pricing teams to translate requirements into accurate platform configurations
  • Configure and launch promotional offers, discounts, bundles, and limited-time deals within Adobe Commerce, ensuring offers are correctly scoped, properly timed, and validated before going live
  • Serve as the primary operational liaison between the ecommerce team and the product and pricing teams, ensuring seamless handoffs, clear requirements documentation, and timely execution of catalog updates
  • Execute thorough QA and validation processes for all product, pricing, and offer changes before publishing — including cross-browser and cross-device verification — to prevent errors from reaching customers
  • Document and continuously improve operational processes, playbooks, and configuration standards to increase team efficiency, reduce errors, and enable scalable catalog management as the product portfolio grows

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Core Skills and Competencies (What you'll bring):

  • Hands-on proficiency with ecommerce platforms, specifically Adobe Commerce (Magento) including product catalog management, pricing rules, cart and checkout configuration, and promotional offer setup
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a track record of managing complex product catalogs where accuracy in pricing, SKU configuration, and offer logic is critical to business performance
  • Strong process orientation, with the ability to build repeatable workflows, maintain configuration documentation, and establish QA checklists that reduce errors and improve operational consistency
  • Effective cross-functional collaboration skills, with demonstrated ability to work closely with product managers, pricing analysts, and marketing teams to gather requirements and deliver accurate platform configurations on tight timelines
  • Problem-solving aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot catalog and pricing discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions quickly in a live ecommerce environment
  • AI Literacy, specifically the ability to leverage AI-powered tools and automation to streamline catalog management tasks, identify data inconsistencies, and improve operational efficiency

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Minimum Experience: 2+ years of ecommerce operations experience with hands-on platform administration and product catalog management
  • Required Technical Skills: Must have experience with:
    • Ecommerce platform administration (Adobe Commerce/Magento strongly preferred)
    • Product catalog configuration including SKU management, pricing rules, and promotional offers
    • Basic understanding of ecommerce checkout flows and cart logic
    • Spreadsheet and data management tools for bulk product updates

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience in the telecommunications industry or subscription-model businesses
  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other CMS platforms
  • Experience with product information management (PIM) systems
