Job Duties and Responsibilities

The Product Manager II serves as a vital champion for the Commercial organization, driving subscriber and revenue growth across key sectors including Enterprise, Hospitality, Multi-Family, Senior Living, and Public/Private markets. This role addresses the challenge of validating product quality and fit while ensuring seamless execution across all phases of product delivery. By managing internal and cross-functional vendor relationships, this position solves alignment gaps to deliver high-impact roadmap requirements effectively. The individual will continuously synthesize market insights and operational data to translate emerging technologies into scalable, commercialized solutions.

What Success Looks Like (Objectives):

  • Monitor and drive business metrics across subscribers, revenue, operations, and product stability to achieve key departmental OKRs; mitigate risks through targeted corrective actions
  • Design, administer, and iterate comprehensiveUser Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans that directly align with required technical and operational competencies
  • Synthesize market, industry, and competitive trends into data-driven business cases and roadmap recommendations for executive leadership
  • Leverage AI tools to analyze commercial performance metrics, streamline documentation, and identify emerging growth opportunities
  • Take ownership of the UAT iteration process to guarantee seamless product launches across commercial sectors
  • Partner across marketing, commercial sales, operations, and external vendors to execute go-to-market strategies and advance commercial line initiatives

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Core Skills and Competencies (What you’ll bring):

  • Expertise in end-to-end product delivery, roadmap strategy definition, and execution
  • Problem-solving capability to break down complex, ambiguous challenges into simple, customer-focused solutions
  • Technical and business acumen with the ability to evaluate new technology concepts and synthesize financial or P&L performance data
  • AI literacy and application skills to enhance data interpretation, optimize testing workflows, and evaluate emerging tech integration
  • Critical experience with cross-functional leadership, vendor management, and internal stakeholder alignment without direct authority
  • Strong communication, presentation, and adaptability skills to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with a high sense of urgency

Additional Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with multiple functional domains such as UX/UI, Engineering, Sales, Customer Support, Finance, or Marketing
  • Deep curiosity and active interest in continuous professional development and continuous learning
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from an accredited university

Minimum Requirements:

    • Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in a technical field (Engineering, Computer Science, Software Development, or related discipline)
    • Minimum Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Product Management, QA, UAT, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Required Technical Skills: 1-3 years of experience with:
      • Product lifecycle management and roadmap execution tools
      • Data analysis tools for market trend research and business metric monitoring
      • User Acceptance Testing (UAT) frameworks and quality assurance plan development

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
