Job Duties and Responsibilities

Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview.

This role solves complex data fragmentation challenges by transforming multi-departmental sales and operational metrics into actionable insights. The position bridges communication gaps across cross-functional teams to align performance data with overarching strategic objectives. Additionally, this role addresses manual workflow inefficiencies by introducing scalable automation and enhanced reporting frameworks.

What Success Looks Like (Objectives):

  • Deliver accurate daily, weekly, and monthly business performance reports to identify strategic trends
  • Analyze sales data to recommend actionable revenue optimizations across operational touchpoints
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product to build tailored analytical solutions
  • Implement automated data pipeline enhancements and process optimizations using modern analytics tools
  • Drive data-informed leadership decisions through concise visual presentations and ad-hoc analytics
  • Leverage AI literacy and analytical tools to streamline complex data modeling and reporting workflows

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Core Skills and Competencies (What you’ll bring):

  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel for high-volume data management
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical reasoning capabilities for complex data interpretation
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple analytical priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Critical experience working with relational database concepts and SQL queries
  • AI Application and Innovation skills to enhance data processing efficiency

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field
  • Minimum Experience: 1-3 years of experience in business analytics, operations analysis, or a related field
  • Required Technical Skills: Must have experience with:
    • Google Sheets
    • Microsoft Excel
    • SQL and database concepts

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
