Job Duties and Responsibilities

Boost Mobile seeks a highly motivated and strategic Principal Program Manager to support the SVP of Product & Marketing in driving long-term growth across the Retail Wireless organization. This role addresses complex cross-functional challenges that span multiple business units, turning ambiguous problems into structured, executable initiatives. By owning executive narrative development and high-visibility strategic programs, this individual ensures organizational alignment and operational efficiency across C-suite priorities. Leveraging modern AI analytics tools optimizes workflow efficiency, enabling faster data synthesis and strategic execution in a fast-paced environment.

What Success Looks Like (Objectives):

  • Drive long-term strategic plans and track key departmental business objectives in alignment with Retail Wireless priorities
  • Synthesize complex business metrics and financial data into compelling narratives for board-level presentations; owner of the Retail Wireless Board of Directors deck
  • Manage a portfolio of high-visibility cross-functional projects to resolve process gaps and improve organizational execution
  • Leverage AI productivity tools to accelerate data synthesis, report generation, and executive communications
  • Facilitate executive-level governance by ensuring cross-functional alignment and timely progress against strategic milestones

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Core Skills and Competencies (What you’ll bring):

  • Strategic thinking and operational execution expertise to navigate ambiguous, fast-paced environments
  • Strong executive-level communication skills with proven ability to craft data-driven narratives for C-suite audiences
  • Expertise in project and program management for complex, cross-functional organizational initiatives
  • Financial acumen and critical thinking required for budget management, resource allocation, and performance analysis
  • AI literacy and application capabilities to enhance reporting workflows and automate operational synthesis
  • Professionalism and discretion in handling highly confidential corporate information

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience within the wireless, telecommunications, or technology sectors
  • Advanced degree such as an MBA

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum Experience: 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, business operations, program management, or management consulting
  • Required Technical Skills: Must have at least 7 years of experience with:
    • Advising and presenting to senior executives at the SVP level and above
    • Executive presentation creation and strategic board material preparation
    • Leading complex, multi-departmental initiatives

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
